there have been studies noting improvement in ADHD with 7mg patches... i just went and bought 21mg patches, so now i should probably go back and buy the others... i just have a very poor ability to notice how things are affecting me. i'm not sure if i will be able to notice any improvement even if there is any... its like i have permanent wet blanket over me... ugh. but i guess starting at 21 would be the worst idea as if i do that and the addicting-type effects settle i won't have a chance of knowing whether 7mg would have helped me. not to mention overstimulation may make things worse.... ugh. i just don't know what to do. i need a solution now. my schoolwork is in such a desperate situation now... do you think starting at 7mg for a few days would be best... then i increase to 14mg in 3 days if i think its not improving or i need more improvement? does that sound good? or should i wait longer... ugh... :( i wish i knew what to do. anyways, yes, i hoard things like crazy, my whole apartment is piles and piles of crap and i find extreme difficulty being able to throw ANYTHING away. i intend to answer the other stuff in your message but i feel like i am going nuts here, i can't stop moving and i need to go and do something that makes me feel like im doing something. ugh... i'm probably going to go eat pizza. even though the clothes i'm in havent been washed in a week and i prolly stink... ugh. i need a replacement brain, i can't get myself to do anything useful properly.
