Hi. My pdoc who is very familiar with using MAOIs said that some people can start of with a high dose for a week and then drop to low maintenance dose. He mentioned 15- 30 mg. Unfortunately I wasn't able to tolerate Nardil and I use Parnate. But I think it has and can work.
