Hypothroidism is not your hormones. It's a little gland in your neck. Some people get autoimmune diseases of the thyroid. I have Hasimotos thyroiditis. It can make some people tired and it did the oppossite with me made me very anxious and then I became depressed. Amd this is with the addition of synthroid. I think a saliva test is the only accurate way to test hormones. At least in women. But a blood test can tell what you're FSH is. That only indicates if you are going through menopause.
