That is interesting because I am having vivid dreams, too, from the Seroquel. I sleep deep but I have vivid dreams, well mostly nightmares. It takes me a few minutes after waking up to realize that it was just a dream.
However, regardless of the dreams, it is well worth the reduction of anxiety for me. I am willing to accept the trade off. I think every med would have some sort of negative.
