I also took 0.5 of the Ativan with my AM Strattera the next day and WOW! I was quietly calm and very organized. Has anyone else had any experience taking these two meds together? I would really like to hear about it...or any similar situation on Strattera.

Do you have ADD?I was diagnosed with ADD at age forty-three, nearly twenty years ago, before it became a "fad". I can't use the stimulants and the Strattera (which was prescribed for my ADD) works well, just has what I call a "softer" action. I have been on Strattera for three years - two and a half at the present level. It is not unusual for adult ADD's to require 100mgm/day or more of Strattera. But I really like the "modulating" effect of the Ativan.
Let me clarify -- the effect I am getting fronm this combination is NOTHING like benzodiazapine alone, no "buzz" or mellowness It is like the way I was when I was on Ritalin.
