Dopamine agonists work (cabergoline is #1 for this).
I do believe in naltrexone based upon emerging research and my own experience with opioid agonists on libido, either at 4.5mg qhs or up to 25mg tid. However, use at high doses can have untoward psychiatric effects (attenuation of feelings of reward, outright despair, etc).Tranylcypromine at either low (up to 30mg) or high (120-200mg/day) doses was profoundly pro-sexual (often rivaling recreational drugs often taken for this purpose) for me; others have said the same. At the 0.7mg/kg level usually used, though, a lot of people seem to report libido dampening.
