For now, I don't believe information can be encoded into the DNA of an individual as a result of experience. I still changes in the sequence of base-pairs to be the result of chance mutation. However, I can imagine how substances that control gene activity - the result of experience - can be passed through the placenta to influence the development of the offspring. This is epigenetic.
