meds for dysphoria depression please read

i will be seeing my psyc doc in the morning. i wonder could i be bipolar with dysphoria depression or do i have psychotic depression. i am really confused or could i have bipolar and psychotic depression. are there any good med combos for bipolar and psychotic depression.
