Hi,
According to my references, the starting dose for Abilify is 10-15 mg per day, so 10 mg seems fine. And the side effects list includes both insomnia and sleepiness, so it's best to try it and see. You might be up all night at first, but you might also feel sleepy. Or you might feel great and not have any side effects.
