I imagine it might be a little like ECT -
nobody responds exactly the same way.

Reading the literature on this is fascinating --
the childhood and adolescent accidents may
be responsible for adult changes in mood,
cognition and motor skills, such as
language. This may be understimated in
comparison to the causal links they are
trying to find in genetics.

It would also suggest a more global neurochemical
environment that is responsible for mental
disorders.
