hey! Your doc may have a problem with wellbutrin+zyprexa since wellbutrin has a tendency to be more "activating," while zyprexa is an antipsychotic, and tends to be more calming. Also, since they both lower the seizure threshold, it seems like wellbutrin+zyprexa could cause more seizures than, say, zyprexa+prozac (aka: symbyax).
