Pulsing

Has anyone experience of pulsing? I take Celexa augmented with Zyprexa 2.5mg. After two weeks it stops working and my depression and anxiety returns. My psychiatrist has told me to stop the Z then for two weeks. Then start up on Z again. He says my brain adjusts after 2 weeks but responds well at first to either + or - Z. Make sense?
