Hi Steve,
Luckily for me, these are two symptoms that I really can't help with. Be careful with Nardil if you get bad headaches. The excruciating headache is one of the signs of a dangerous rise in blood pressure. Anytime I get a bad headache, I take my blood pressure and rack my brain to see if there was anything I could have done to bring on a hypertensive crisis. If you get bad headaches all the time, it makes this symptom harder to use to recognise a hypertensive crisis.
