Hi Everyone!
I went back to my doc recently after a month on effexor 37-1/2 and then 75mg. My anxiety was gone but I still felt depressed so she doubled it....I did have some problems with shakiness but thankfully the worst was just the first couple of days. I do wake up about 3am even though I take my dose in the morning....I just lay there and relax and will fall back asleep. I feel much better. Thank God. Now will try the ginko too!!
