premature ejaculation after discontinuing ADs

Hi, I've recently tapered off Effexor, after trying it for 6 weeks, as it wasn't cutting it. I also felt it was totally killing my libido and sexual function.

However, I now seem to have a new sexual side effect! I have increased sensitivity and greater ability to get an erection than on the Effexor, but I now have greatly premature ejaculation. It's as if my body has got used to the delaying effect of the Effexor (and Prozac, which I was on previously), and now I'm off it, I get stimulated too quickly. There's a case report on PubMed about this:

Anyone else have that experience? I'm not keen on the idea of going back on SSRIs just to delay ejaculation, especially as I believe they've gradually killed my libido and affected my sexual function over the years....
