If Ritalin didn't work, Provigil might. Nicotine prodcuts (patches, gum, sprays) help some people...I guess you could try smoking, but thats a bad idea. Good nutrition can help alot; some people seem to get a boost from high-dose antioxidants (COq-10, alpha lipoic acid, that kind of thing)...this may or may not work for you, but it probably wouldn't hurt anything. Changing your source of caffeine may help; both Yerba Matte and Coffee seem to have as-yet unidentified compounds that provide a stimulant effect *in addition* to their caffeine content...this may or may not be true of other teas and caffeine pills.
Stimulating ADs might help.Wellbutrin might help; Pamelor is an option, but its a TCA so the side effects are sometimes pretty bad. If you I remember correctly, you're taking neuroleptics. Reducing your dose and/or switching over to non-drowsy alternatives (Abilify, maybe Molindone) might help you out somewhat.
Good luck!
