However this doesn't say that if you are experiencing consistent tachycardia and the only factor in your medication load has been the increase in Cymbalta, that one should continue at a higher dose, unless there is extreme reason for doing so. I would assume a beta blocker would be combined (other than propranolol, which tends to increase depression).
