This is true for all of the full agonists. In this bupe is very different. Tramadol has potent effects on NA, and this is why some people become speedy on it. It is a very weak opioid, different studies give different info but it's inbetween 1/10 and 1/100 the potency of codeine(which is about 1/10 or less the potency of morphine).
