Yeah, I've tried Ritalin, Adderall and Dex and could tolerate none of them from a cardiovascular standpoint (thought they worked wonders for my symptoms). I am able to tolerate 30 mg of Sudafed/day, but it only works if I use it occassionally, not daily.

Never taken Desoxyn. I do take 6 grams of fish oil daily. It helps very little with mood and attention, but just enough to keep taking it.

I did try meditation for a few months, but didn't notice any benefit. I'm actually quite receptive to that idea, but question how beneficial it would really be. Maybe I'll give it another shot.
