you might want to talk to your doctor about Selegiline/Deprenyl. It is a parkinson's medication that is now being used as an anti-depressant because of it's tremendous properties. It is an MAOI at higher doses (used for depression) but it has a much less risk of tyramine restrictions.

My sister didn't have success with almost all anti-depressants and then she tried Selegiline. She is doing much better and selegiline gives her energy. Please hang in there, take a look at this link. Please hang in there, you are stronger than you think,
