Other than strongly suggesting you call your doctor, I'd say from your meds that that's an awfully low dose of Wellbutrin. How long have you been on it? If it's just a starting dose, I wouldn't worry, because as it's increased, it should kick in. Otherwise, I'd talk to your doctor about increasing it. And, if that still doesn't work, I'd look at changing...

General rule for ADs: if, after four weeks on a particular drug, there is absolutely positively no response at all, change the drug. If, on the other hand, there is some improvement, any at all, try raising the dose. And, if there's partial improvement, at an adequate dose, for an adequate period of time, try augmenting that drug. So, in your case, assuming the Wellbutrin did help, and you have been on it for a while, I'd say it's time for your doctor to consider raising it.

But, since there are all sorts of risks and interactions, it's best left to your doctor...
