Lexapro worked great for my unipolar depression. However, it pooped out after 6 months.
I am currently on Cymbalta 30mg and have been for the last 3 or 4 months and it is still effective, but not as effective as months 2 and 3. I am also taking Wellbutrin SR 400mg and Trazodone 100mg.
