Hi med_empowered,
The difference between amisulpride and other antipsychotics, is that it is actually a dopamine agonist at low doses (25-300mg), and a D2-antagonist at higher doses.
I would describe it as somewhat soothing and not activating. It doesn't fog my brain at all, neither does it numb my emotions (although I tend to care less about stupid details). I also feel more motivated, but not as much as a stimulant would make me. The first time I used amisulpride I felt what I would describe as a dopamine rush for many weeks, but not anymore (I was probably dopamine-deficient at the time, because of a pretty serious psychosis).
