In reply to off label adhd: neurontin/lyrica, provigil, tenex, posted by mike99 on March 17, 2006, at 9:37:31

I do not have ADHD, but have noticed a decline in focus as my other various psych and medical problems increase. Lyrica gives me more energy, better focus and word finding ability. Neurontin did none of these.

Provigil made me too anxious, and only increased alertness, not attention. I noticed Provigil did this also in my daughter, who has been diagnosed with ADHD. Only the psychostims help her attention, but they make her too anxious.

No experience with Tenex.

Remember that everyone reacts differently to meds. There have been previous threads on Provigil for attention. Search the archives.
