Hey Philippa,
I've been eating really badly the past two months and not working out because I've had so much going on. I think I need to get back on Depakote or another mood stabilizer again to even out my moods. Depakote made me tired but I could always try out a lower dose.
I feel so guilty about these last two months because I became really cocky and now I'm totally opposite. It's very strange how I can feel really good for a few months and then it all just goes away. Hmmmmm.....well, I'm gonna start working out again 3x a week and eating well and gonna see my doc again (haven't seen him in two months!) to see what's up. When the anxiety is gone, depression is there and vice versa!How have you been philippa?
