There is no 20 mg dosage. FDA only approved patches of 6, 9 and 12 mg. and only 6 mg has mo diet restrictions, 9 and 12 have the restrictions.

The SSRI's never did much for much, except reduce what I call life force, and blank your brain. So, having been diagnosed with Social Phobia as well as depression, I'm looking forward to trying out EMSAM at the 20mg patch level. Not looking for the skies to part and euthymia to appear. Given that it took over a decade for an already approved substance to be given transdermally rather orally, hopefully this approval heralds an era of antidepressants which are known for their theraputic advantages, rather than their side effects.
