I rang him up to see what he was thinking.
For those of you not in the know, he referred me to see a pdoc (on the NHS) and they deflected back his request saying I should be seen by a 'mental health nurse' instead.
But now, he is writing to the pdoc directly himself and he is the most senior partner at his practice, so I am hoping that means something! My GP seemed to indicate that I would be seen by a pdoc as a result of his actions.
Which is great news, as I have never been seen by a pdoc in my life! Although I don't have high expectations of the pdoc or appointment or even dx (I guess I'm too much of a seasoned pbabbler!), but at least its something.
