Hi, been on serzone/nefazodone for seven years, nothing else works for me. I didn't really realize how great it was until I tried switching to other meds--what a mistake. Side effects: nausea and lightheadedness for about 45 minutes after taking it. I get regular liver tests and am always fine.
One thing--maybe I'm imagining this, but the side effects of the generic seem more intense than those of the brand.
Also--be careful of combining nefazodone with other meds, especially psych meds.
