Ok buddy, here is my take. Remember I am not a doctor I just play one on the net ;-) First off if I remember correctly you take your full parnate dose all at once in the morning, right? Parnate has a short half life of about 6 hours so if your lack of energy is coming on you around 6 hours after your dose that is why. Try breaking up your dosing. Secondly I would have to agree with BPs when he/she (?) asked if you really need the benadryl. There are alot of allergy meds that don't cause drowsiness but will take care of your allegries just fine (claritin for instance) and none of them interact with parnate. The insomnia should be taken care of by the trazodone and if it isn't you need an adjustment of the dose. Your dose is high to begin with (imho, geez I'm knocked out cold by 25mg!) so I don't see why you need the benadryl. If you break up your parnate dose just make sure you don't take the second dosing too late.
So my plan for you is as follows...
1) Break up the parnate dose
2) Stop the Benadryl and take something else for allergies
3) Adjust your traz dose if need beYou'll get my bill in the mail ;-)
Your Parnate Pal,
JH
