how can you tell the difference between akithisia

and anxiety?

I can't anymore. I had anxiety pretty badly before I began abilify and now I have akithisia and the same old anxiety!

Both are very uncomfortable. Akathisia has yet to respond to anything without putting me to sleep. Anxiety responds to very high levels of neurontin and klonopin.

Any ideas? This sux : (
