I thought i could deal w/ the stomach probs. I wanted to get up to as high as she thought we needed to get asap.
I'm starting CBT today, and i'm thinking that this is my main course of therapy, not the meds. Let's hope.
But yes, if anything, the meds shouldn't be making me worse, at minimum holding me steady, or improving.
