The traz was working great for about a month but lately not so great, about every 3rd night i don't sleep at all, not a wink! That day, my day is wasted as you can guess.

I once combined Parnate 60mg + desipramine 150mg. I couldn't sleep at all. My doctor decided to put me on a combination of Halcion + Ativan. It worked great. Halcion is the most potent benzodiazepine and will put almost anyone to sleep. The only problem is that it has an extremely short half-life. People often experience rebound awakenings during night. Taking Ativan helped to prevent this from happening because it has a longer half-life. So, Halcion puts you to sleep and Ativan (or Restoril) keeps you asleep.I didn't like chloral hydrate, but it might be worth a try.
You may end up having to look at Seroquel 25-50mg.
