Boy you are lucky it's as needed it will work very well for you. If you have panic attacks when it first came out or the 70's to be exact I was started on 5mg Three times a day with mepbromate 450 mg. I was lucky to take myself off that one soon as soon as the panic subsided.Boy what they didn't know in the 70's good luck. I'm pretty sure you will find it relaxing. Love Phillipa
