Hi Ben :)

You should switch your babblemail on so we can email some time :)

Please can you list all the medication (and doses) which you are taking at the moment?

Have you ever tried docusate? It can work as a stool softener.

>I tries Transipeg and Movicol (isoosomtic laxatives containing PEG)

No help?

>bisacodyl

Have you tried senna tablets as well?

>I tried several times to rinse the whole GI-tract with Fleet and products like that. It is bad but brings me short relief of bloating.

Ever tried glycerin/glycerol suppositories?

Oh and liquid paraffin oral liquid (mineral oil). Ever tried it? It's rarely used in the UK these days. I believe the risks have been greatly overexaggerated, the risk of aspiration is negligible in most patients. In general, liquid paraffin seems to cause less side effects than widely used laxatives such as lactulose.
