It's also a patch so it doesn't hit the digestive sytem and if you take it off due to side effects the effects are gone in 2-6 hours. What impresses me is that it is something you can feel some control over by seeing the patch. Supposedly at low doses the food restrictions don't have to be followed. The tyramine. Love Phillipa
