> Here's my update. I'm at 8 days on the patch. Before this I was on oral selegiline for 8 weeks and got up to 35mg. I noticed some small improvements on the tablets including more energy and a healthier outlook on life. I was also taking DLPA. When I started the patch I dropped the DLPA and after few days I notice some marked fatigue. I haven't noticed the need for less sleep like some of the others and often feel tired and take a nap in the afternoon. No trouble getting to sleep or staying asleep for the most part on the patch. I wonder if maybe dropping the DLPA has caused the fatigue. Overall I'm feeling better..maybe 50-60% on my way to remission. I'm getting out more and seeing friends and playing more music (very important to me). I had some bad breakthrough depression today for short while. I'm trying to minimize these 'episodes' with some CBT techniques I'm learning. I'm hoping things will improve more in the coming weeks.
>Today is day 11 for me and I have not had that lingering rage or any sobbing for a couple of days now. I am having the most remission I have had since I first took prozac 17 years ago. The last 5 years I have had some partial or very very short lived remission Hopefully you are about to lose the vestiges of your depression also. I love this patch now that I have gotten it to stick. Now, I can still lay down and take a nap if I want to, I just don't really want to. And last night I got 7 hours sleep which is not as much as I usually get but I know some people that would kill for it. And I am not one bit tired. ok, I am not going to rave on any more as I can be a tad superstitious, or is that just a little anxious thinking..I don't want to obsess about what that is and that is different!
