Hi Curt
Cyproterone (Cyprostat, Androcur) is a toxic drug which is best reserved for metastatic prostate cancer. Trust me on this one, you don't want to take it. Cyproterone is not available in the US, which is odd, because it is a useful treatment for advanced prostate cancer.
Cyproterone is a powerful progestin and anti-androgen. It is used by people undergoing gender reassignment to enhance the feminising effects of estrogens.
Taking cyproterone will cause erectile impotence, infertility and fatigue. Testicular shrinkadge may occur. It has many other side effects as well.
Take care
Ed
