Just a poll type question. I have always taken mine in the AM and recently, I'm getting a bit drowsy after dosing - this is new after over a year. I wanted to see if folks generally don't find a difference and/or the reason they had for taking it morning versus evening or night. The drowsiness isn't bad and I can deal. I do NOT want a nighttime dose to disturb my sleep which is great and has been for a while.
