Its possible that the Tranxene is simply causing some depression and in turn is causing less sexual pleasure simply because you're depressed. The decreased appetite I can't figure, since Seroquel with or without Tranxene is appetite increasive. Sexual side effects with benzodiazepines are usually minimal -- I would think the Seroquel would do something minimal with prolactin levels actually against sexual pleasure but its very minimal -- its one of the least inhibiting atypical antipsychotics in terms of prolactin reduced libido.
> but the stopping i tryed it many times and its hell... i wont go outside with it... im taking 3 meds so its harder for me to quit it.It is hell -- do not try to stop Tranxene without a gradual taper. I made that mistake 9 years ago and I still have a spasmotic scalp and tight back that does funny things every now and then. It is a 3x a day medication for sure.

I can understand that -- it better connects you with the world (it can have the opposite effect on some people, like myself, a little bit)
What is the third medication ?
I would leave the tranxene where it is, the jump around in levels of benzodiazepines is not going to provide you with a consistent relief -- you have to base whether you feel you think you get a better sex life and less hunger with it against the thought of not wanting to go out which is I think a worse thing at the moment no matter how a young man like you understandably feels.
Other than that, I can only suggest using a longer acting benzodiazepine that seems not to cause as much depression in people generally, like Valium or Librium -- Klonopin, for some, and not all, seems to cause more depression. Tranxene really has to be dosed two to three times a day, the half life is way too short no matter what the metabolites may say, trust me -- its not quite as bad as Xanax but it is getting in that direction.
