>Hi,
Yes i tried it myself. I have had a great and bad experience with Moclo. To make a long story short, i have taken Manerix for 6 weeks approx. It has been great for the first 4 weeks. Energy, depression, anxiety, sexuality, cognition, name it, i have had a TOTAL remission. Probably too well. At that time, (9 or 10 years ago?), i hadn't been yet diagnosed bipolar II. Then i felt into a very dark dysphoria (deep despair, anxiety, rage, insomnia), etc. Misery...
The switch rate is like a TCA, not worse.
But i guess that if you're "shielded" by a good mood stabilizer, you're in business. BTW, as you probably know, Lamictal is very poor at preventing a hypomanic/manic episode. Risperidone is your safety net here.
So don't worry, keep on taking Manerix. You should be satisfied of this med.
