I know it has been overdiagnosed, but have you talked to your Dr. about Bipolar disorder? it doesn't have to manifest itself in wild mania but can be just cycling depressions (as I understand it and have thus been diagnosed and have found releif on meds for BP2). Do you have trouble sleeping? Ask your Dr. to ask you LOTS of questions!
