I'm on a fair dose of Seroquel and have drunk alcohol without an issue. Its more an issue with the high benzodiazepine level I have. I don't drink very much 1) because of that but 2) more primarily because its empty calories and I'm trying to lose weight.

I would say a glass of wine with what you are taking is probably not terribly harmful every so often, but don't take it too close to the Restoril, which is a fairly potent benzodiazepine for sleep.
