Lortab=hydrocodone+acetaminophen
Hydrocodone is an opiod pain reliever and acetaminophen is tylenol.

I don't think that ambien is usually screened for. It is out of the blood quickly though. I doubt normal doses could be deteced 12 hrs after taking.
