According to the Babbleometer, I am officially NOT DEPRESSED!!
I knew I had been feeling better, but these results were a complete shock.
My scores have been 47-56 out of 60. In April, they went down to 28 for my lowest score ever.
Today, my score was 14. The cutoff for "depression" is considered to be 16.
I did not expect this development. I have been, and authentically identified as, a depressed & depressive person for so long (at least 12 years without any let-up) that I'm reeling a little. It's disorienting.
But… it's true: I'm not depressed (when I'm on the med). I know it's true.
What do I do now?
