accutane bipolar 2

Hi! I was wondering if anyone out there has taken accutane with bipolar. I'm on all new meds now after finally finding a psych. with a clue, and I feel great. If I felt like I use to I woundn't even consider it but the acne's been 17 years now and it's also cystic (it hurts!). Just wondering if anybody has input. All I hear is negative things, are they the only truth?
