Hi J.
I still haven't ventured into the dark world of opioids. :-)
Actually, I tried some Vicoden for the fun of it, but it had no effect. I might try some oxyocodone. I'm keeping buprenorphine on my radar screen.
I'm currently taking:
nortriptyline 100mg
Lamictal 150mg
Topamax 125mg
Abilify 10mgThe Topamax, I added recently. It has given me a wee bit more mental energy and focus. That might be disappearing, though. I'm going to move up to 200mg before giving up on it.
Next is sibutramine (Meridia). Now an anti-obesity drug, it was originally developed as an antidepressant. It seems to have some activity in treating fibromyalgia as well. Its metabolites are triple-uptake-blockers (NE, 5-HT, DA).
I guess I must consider Emsam. Different is different, right?
