I am having a major reaction now, drug interaction

OK,
I am scared to death, i drank an energy drink earlier today at work with 2 expresso shots.
I drank another one and accidently took a over the counter sleep aid, diphenyhine? i thought it was stupid pain medication (tylenol)
Ok i feel im moving back forwards, im going in and out, my thinking is bezaar, im very racketing, i feel im "out", this is terror.
Should i take Zyprexa (antipsychotic) 7.5-10mg?
im on 2.5 but im afraid, i hate antipsychotics, but this will have to do, to calm this psydelic thing that is happening. Its going away now.
Is this permenent? im paranoid, i feel very mentally unstable,
What should i do?
