going on parnate. i know it's been covered before and suggested against, but wasn't the main reason that some powders have amino acids that contain tyramine?
my optimum nutrition 100% gold standard whey contains NO tyramine, but some tryptophan.
i really need to continue taking in supplemental protein. during college it's going to be nearly impossible to meet my protein requirements just through trips to the dining hall, and between rugby and outdoor track practices i'm going to need it to maintain muscle, let alone make any progress whatsoever.
