Hi Snapper.
You might want to first try walking at a quick pace for 45 minutes a day.
Eating. Well. You could try eating about 200-300 calories every 3 hours. Somewhat higher-protein, low-glycemic index foods. This would help keep your blood sugar more regular and your metabolism higher. I only wish I had the energy and motivation to practice what I preach.
