Hi.

I have extremely treatment-refractory Bipolar NOS + Social Phobia + chronic Derealisation.

I have trialed upwards of 50 meds and the only ones to have provided sustained relief (*for me*) are:

Lamotrigine 600mg (cognition + mild AD)

Sulpiride 100mg (social phobia + possible AD)

Clonazepam (night-waking)

Seroquel (sleep onset)

Buprenorphine 0.6mg (global improvement, *if* it sticks)

*That's* my current regimen.

In the past I have also taken low-dose Methadone (sustained vitality + mild AD properties) w/o tolerance issues.

An number of rather esoteric meds (& ECT) have also yielded mild improvements, yet these were always transient in nature or too insignificant to risk polluting my body with.

Best of luck,

J.
